ENGAME_features

Objective
The objective of this project is to envision how future work environments can transform, in order to benefit both the wellbeing of the individual and the success of the business. Trends analysis and a co-creation workshop with the future workforce have identified the need for user-centred solutions at work that feature strategic play.

Result
The scenario gives an outlook as to how we can empower employees to implement cultural changes within their team and organisation. The co-developed strategic games help to redesign routines and meetings and enable interaction, collaboration and communication.

The ENGAME service and tools enable employees and businesses to identify internal problems, reshape processes and to improve work satisfaction. Certified coaches apply tailored solutions to promote change management.
